Anyone can refer to BCRI. Professionals, mental health agencies and members of the community are all appropriate referral sources. BCRI functions as a central entry point into Baltimore City Mental Health Services.
BCRI is committed to utilizing volunteer resources. The model of service of BCRI is unique in that it combines the caring dedication of community volunteers, with the commitment and expertise of professional mental health staff.
