Our Vision
We envision a world of thriving communities where healing and mental wellness are possible for all.
Our Mission
We deliver high-quality, behavioral health services and emotional support to individuals and communities navigating mental health and substance use challenges to ensure their health and well-being.
Responding with heart and healing with hope, our primary value of being people-centered shows up in each one of our core values:
Collaboration: We recognize that clients interact with a broad array of systems, services, and people, and we build trusted partnerships with them to be of greater service.
Empathy: We meet people where they are, joining them in their healing journey, and recognizing that people’s wellness is at the center of what we do.
Growth: We prioritize knowledge, continuous learning, and realizing potential as key ingredients to our ability to make a difference and stay mission-focused.
Impact: We are deeply committed to timely, efficient, and measurable outcomes that center on the communities we serve.
Ethics Standards - Employee / Client Relationships
BCRI will ensure that all ethical and legal requirements regarding relationships with those in treatment are upheld by BCRI. Every client receiving services from BCRI must be treated with the highest regard for the success of their therapeutic endeavor. Personal or social relationships, including fraternization with clients, are deemed to interfere with the therapeutic process and are not consistent with the standards of conduct which apply to employees working at BCRI.
